Tarpon Attacked By Bullsharks

Fishing for tarpon in Boca Grande Florida can be very challenging. Bullsharks and Giant Hammerhead sharks prey on the tarpon that are hooked up to the anglers line.

While there is not much that can be done, the best way to avoid these types of shark attacks is to not fish the tarpon, when the sharks are abundant. However, this is easier said than done.
