Smoker is reverse flow, smoker has a floor in the bottom that makes the heat and smoke travel from the firebox to other end, then over food back to firebox end and out smoke stack, there are two shelves in smoker giving you 3200 sq. in. of cooking surface, firebox is made of 1/4 in. steel to last forever, floor in smoker also doubles as a drip pan with drain can also add steam to meat as you cook. Also has a 5 in. wide temperature guage. Open pit grill is mounted out front with cooking surface of 1900 sq. in. that you can raise and lower with a turn of a wheel from directly on fire to 3 ft. above fire. Trailer is all heavy steel with a mobile home axle. There is lso room on trailer to add on or expand.
