10 LB Downrigger Weight Mold-Fish Shaped, Sinker mold For Sale

This is a new aluminum mold designed to cast  lead downrigger weights. The weight shown in the picture was cast from the mold, but it is not included in the auction. The mold is cast with extra thick aluminum sections at the edges to prevent mold warpage.  The parting surfaces are precision ground flat to prevent finning and runnouts, and steel locators are added to to assure perfect alignment of the mold halves on every weight cast. Eye locators are machined into the mold to hold eyes securely in place.  Once the mold is preheated, it will consistently produce nice weights.  The fish shape makes the weight track through the water better than a finned ball.  You can even bend the tail and make it swim out from the boat!  You will not find another one as nice as this! Just melt some lead and you're ready to go!  We will include 6 new brass downrigger eyes with the mold. Made in the USA!  Satisfaction guaranteed!
