Ace lures, Islander Lures, MP lures at 12-16 knots all do the trick. Maybe mix in a bonita now & again

I'm confused... you have a large boat, that will work, you troll 11 lines for Dolphin, most of the same class will work, try to stay with a min 50 class, bent butts are also good for this.

Use a trolling lead with cable on both ends, at least 10 ft 300-400 lb shock leader and short cable right at lure.

Islandsharks Callisto / Callisto ch. / any metal jet , or bullet head / and many more. Dark colors usually. Black/purple/Green/Red. Between 12 - 15 kt.

i agree with thumper, dark color lures, black red seems best for me/ purple with black is good also. Yo zuri bonitos purple good also. If you can get a wire line set up with 150ft monel with dacron backing , use 6ft of wire leader and let her rip, you will hook up.
