looking for a hoo'

im fishing out of boca inlet and can't seem to find any can any body help what to use and where to go

anywhere outside of 100ft look for edges and colors changes ect. key word highly migratory species

as far as wat to use the all time favorite out here blue and white islander with double hooked ballyhoo on wire on a planar or cigar lead... but theres so many wahoo variations ,,
