Great weather for the 2 day tourney!! Fished Matanila the first day and caught 11 fish, weighed 5 from 32.5 to 28.5. Big fish was landed by Shock Wave (Jokers Wild crew) 95.5 POUNDS!!!!! They had a daily total of for 5 fish of 249 pounds.
Second day we landed 6 fish and weighed 5 fish, 62, 48.5, 31.5, 29.5 & 23 = total of 194.5 pounds, gave us the daily!!! (Finally some cash!) Another big fish was landed by Wake Up Call, 89.5 pounds. The 2 days of fishing put us in 4th place with 201.5. Shock Wave 273.0 Wake Up Call 227.3 Fly-n-Low 212.0 Had a great time, Tony and the team really organised a great tournament. Can't wait for next year, apparently will be 3 legs. |

I'll second that! Tony put on a hell of an event and I can't wait for next year!! Three legs next year will be nice. Good job Predator, you guys did a great job. Um, you were in 4th with 207 lbs - don't short yourself!! We took 5th with 201.5 We caught 23 the first day and 11 the 2nd day... Just a ton of fish in that 30-35 pound range. Before anyone complains, we released most of our fish alive - any of those fish that didn't help improve our 5 biggest fish went back into the drink. What an amazing wide-open bite we were on.

All I can say is I had the time of my life....Fishing was excellent...Tony put on an excellent tournament....I wish I was still there...Also, wanted to give a special thanks to my buddies on Team Savannah Lynn...Thanks for the fishing invite...Lets do it again.
Predator It was a pleasure talking to you and your crew...Would love to check out some of your home made lures sometime....Had a chat with one of your crew members at Ft. Lauderdale airport...We had a blast on the bus ride to our cars...Awesome crew....Also, gave him a lure to take home. Cloud 9 What can I say....What an event...Seemed like everyone was having a great time...Thanks a million for testing some of my new lures...I'm glad they caught you some fish...I know there was some talk about putting together a San Sal trip...If so, my dad might be interested...Billy too...Give me a call sometime. The new lures look fantastic. You definately have a winner with the new design. Both days we were pulling your new lures and the Wahoo just couldn't resist. That was the hottest bite we've ever had on Cloud Nine... Keep up the good work!!! Wahooking lures have a permanent place in our Wahoo spread.
