Thanks I reached Shawn and he is not coming over due to the weather which will lead to a small turn out. No problem I will have it brought over for Chub, if not before.

Weather really looks bad for the week. Especially that NE wind out of Treasure.

We will be atleast be making an attempt to fish.

John

Too bad. Well, catch em up. Are you going to Old Bahama Bay next week? Perhaps someone (me) could help you out... Anyway, I'll be at the Wahoo Challenge at West End Jan 18-21

I heard that there was a limited # of boats at Treasure for the Wahoo Championship. Anyone have an update? Who won? How many boats? Any story's to tell...

My understanding from what I read elsewhere online, is that only 6 boats fished it, 12-14ft seas, and they gave everyone back their calcutta at the weigh station. I really hope they didn't give back the calcutta though, that wouldn't be right to the boats that fished it and expected to be able to win something. I'd be pissed. Anyone have any firsthand info?

Seas/winds were nasty, especially the third day, we hauled ass all the way to Hole-in-the-Wall, waves were 20 feet on the corner!!! Anyway, we came in 2nd overall for the tourney... no major feat with only 6 boats in the tourney. There were lots of small fish caught. Our largest fish was 45 pounds.

Largest fish caught was a 61 on the last day.

I am sure all the final results are available at the web site.
