Default Venice, Louisiana wahoo

More good offshore reports coming and the bite has been consistent for yellowfins as is usual for this time of year with fish averaging 80 pounds..had a surprise run of wahoo last week - not quite the mass horde that decends off the river to breed but a good show..After an awesome tuna trip Thursday Capt Hunter had the same crew from Chatanooga and they decided to go wahoo fishing because they had nearly maxed out cooler space from Thursday's adventure..It was a great plan but it backfired..they went wahoo catching and had to go to walmart to buy extra coolers to pack the fish they couldnt give away..hilarious..nice wahoo's too..8 wahoo out of 14 bites with 2 fish under 40 pounds and 4 fish between 60-80 pounds..braid murauders fooled them all..we should see the big wahoo run just after Christmas although I have a crew of writers coming next weather break..Paradise Outfitters 985-845-8006

That's awesome! Yellowfin averaging 80lbs plus Wahoo in the 60-80 class on one trip is unbelievable. Good Job!!
