Default Any reports from the corner or Issac's?

We are in OBB and have fished the last couple days with only a couple fish (hoo's) a day. Fished from straight out front to 5 miles south of the corner. Heard there were some fish around before this last big swell but it seems to have slowed down. Any reports would be appreciated thanks!!

not much to speak of off Isaac, some fish. If I were you, I would fish up around the corner.

Thumbs up corner wahoo

Just got back from a 6 day trip started at west end and fished the corner to spanish. Small 30 to 40#ers off white sands and memory. Caught a 60#er off middle shaol and landed a quad of 2-30's and a 40 and 45#er. Same just east of grand, quad hook ups and a good 60-65#er. Hooked some bigger ones in these two areas,80# and up but didn't land any over 65#. First time in a long time we released about a half dozen hoo's

Rex,
If you are going to post all those fish pictures......you gotta get a better lookin' person than Denny to hold up those fish.....let Shirley hold em' up next time.
Nice job on the hoo trip. Just think....someday you will have to stop fishing because you will actually have to go to work....we hope.

Thumbs up work is for pepole who don't fish

After 25yrs of watching everybody else surf and fish during the week this recession has a brightside I would say I'd rather be working if I had some, but then I would be lying. I did get fishedout about the forth day, But now I'm ready to go again

Thumbs up early bite

Fishing back from walkers I heard a guy on the radio said they had 4-5 nice hoos in the box fishing the west side. We were deep dropping and the tide had just started going out based on memory rock. Two other boats had just started fishing white sands and memory area. After a couple more hours I decided the tide was running out hard enough and put out the spread just west of matenella. Before we even got all the baits in the water we had a double then a triple. The two other boats couldn't find them on the west side. This helped confirm my theroy! When fishing the west side (west end to the corner) last hour of the incoming the bite starts and slows about an hour into the outgoing. The boat with 4-5 hoos got them on the incoming, The reason for this I beleive is the current. On the charts is real strong current towards the bank in these areas. When Wahoo fishing location, tide location, tide location, tideThe tide on the north side of the bank is about two hours behind memory rock. Just a theroy but its been working so farBTW we don't hi speed and limit our catch to wahoo only. blackfin and dolphin and sometimes a billfish make for a better mixed bag with the hoos, 8-10knts max.

We went 3 for 6 on Sunday going from the West End to Memory and back. All decent fish with one being a solid 60+. Hit the same area the next day and didn't get a bite. Came home and bagged a double-header off of Jupiter to save the day! I'll post up a report with some pics.
