Wahoo Challenge - Leg 3 - Too Calm?

Is there such a thing as "too calm" for wahoo fishing?

Report says seas will be 2-3 and 2' or less.

At least it's better than the 5-8's we've been getting!!

What is the fuel situation at Bimini Bay or in Bimini period. Last time it was a fiasco trying to get fuel. Hopefully there will be someone put on notice that a tournament is happening and there will be fuel needs in the evening.
