Cloud Nine, glad you made it back in piece in that Slop Sat. Hope boat is OK.
We had Savanna Lynn & Top Vee tuck in behind us for ride back Sunday.

Saturday was a great ride home. The seas weren't bad at all. I figured I was home and tied up at the dock before anyone caught their first fish on Saturday. Oh well, another tournament down the drain. This was a freak situation with my hatches -

First time in 10 years of fishing a 53+ foot boat and stuffing the bow. We repaired the hatches with superglue. But with the approaching weather we figured it would be better to just skip the tournament and head home while the seas were manageable. A rough crossing with failed hatches could be disasterous for the staterooms... as it is we only have a bit of carpet cleaning and dry cleaning

Again, congrats to the winners & the huge monster big fish!

BTW DOUG I STAND CORRECTED when i said who daddy wasn't scared i should of said cloud nine in refference to the over all calcutta
