Default Pre-fishing for Wahoo Challenge

Did a quick (but long) trip w DD to otherside. After long ride & easy paperwork, we set up shop. Ding dong, withing 5 minutes we had a 40+hoo in the box.
(weighed 41lbs gutted.)

After missing another, & boxing a smaller fish & cuda, we did some droppin.
DD is the MAN, on this stuff & the Queens & Yelloweyes did NOT disappoint.
Had an encounter w a HUGE shark that ate 3 8-10+lb snapper & a 10lb lead.

I never knew the Queens liked Miller Lite.

Ok, so had a chance to fish for a couple hrs New Years day.

(thanks Brandon & GTSR for coming to party & for nice gifts. :drunk: )

Boxed a couple yellowtails & muttons real quick. Got a nice king on a speedo, and then hooked up on another speedo on the flat. Good fish pulling drag, then it flet like I got sharked. We chased "it" down, and finally "it" let go of my AJ. (who would have been about 40lbs)

It was bizarre, all I got back was a skull w NO bite marks & NO meat left whatsoever. The only thing I have ever seen do this is porpoises, but did not see any on surface. Mysteries of the seas, Happy new Years !!

Nice!

I was there last week for a quick day and was 0 for 1.. Started to look for dolphin on the edge just north of memory since there was a crazy weedline. Caught about a 20lb cow and saw the bigest cobia I've ever seen... It had to be every bit of 115- 120lbs...

It was a rather slow trip though... I called you last week a couple times btw... 912 number..

Catch you for the West End tourney

Ben
