Default Gotta Love Playing Hookie

My all day mercury Meeting ended around two yesterday, with my lack of ability to say no to my boat, dog, and fishing desires I start making calls. Weekend Bender answers and is easily convinced into a late bite run. Heading out around 4pm we find the seas to be a little choppy (Solid 3-4ft) we work our way out to eight hundred foot and pick up a nice blackfin and dolphin both around 10lb each. Had 3 other hits with only a skipjack to show. I have to admit I lost the big blackfin that I was tight on for around 5 min. I believe mr shark had a free dinner on us and even took my favorite tuna plug (dirty fish). Well to sum it up we had a great dinner and even got our first marlin bait ready for a sooner than later marlin hunt.

Playing Hookie Rocks
