Tuna Sebastian Inlet Otherside Run - 5/13

Made a short mother's day during the drop in the weather. Got a temperature break in really close at somewhere around 55 miles over Melbourne Canyons. The water was calm with a 1-2' swell. Too calm I think. Despite there being a lot of birds everywhere, our hookups were few and far between. Boated about a dozen skips but did manage a few blackfin and two keeper YFT. One hit 20 on the scales and the other topped out at 60.1.

Had to run back in early and pass on the afternoon bite. Thunderstorms were really booming out over the water, all the way north from Matanilla.

Default Buen Provecho

Chummer:

Nice report about the tunas. Buen Provecho, with a little bit of Wasabi sauce.
