Tuna Jigging for canyon tuna?

Hi all! I am new to tuna fishing and party boat tuna fishing. I have some questions about jigging for tuna.

What colors work well for tuna and what colors are generally good for deep veritcal jigging?

Can anybody recomend some popular jigs and sizes for tuna jigging in the northeast US? and in the southeast US? What about power jigs?

and, Can I catch large tuna jigging vertically or is jigging usually reserved for school size fish?

I've caught yellowfin up to 100# on diamond jigs. In my experience, blackfins will usually jump on your jig first. Those blackfins are retarded for a jig.

best results come from matching the hatch, nite fishing go with squid(white) during daylight use white, blue or green. deep jigging works great at nite and fairly good in daylite if chumming.
