no live chum in rodeo

i just saw the new rules for the rodeo and it says you cant live chum unless you are in the pro division. (which is expensive) i guess this means less tunas for the regular division

yaeh i heard that , it sucks. and it costs 2500 to even fish in the division where u can win alot of money.
