I was drift fishing in about 400ft off boca on saturday and pulled up a nice 20lbr. i set my bait up much like i do when swording: one at 200ft, one at 150 ft, one at 75ft, 2 surface -- all live gogs for bait and lots of chum. after about 45 mins the long line gets nailed -- ballon goes under and fight is on.
I was wondering if anyone else down here in the south has tried this method or have some input on summertime tuna fishing in SF.
