Yep. Peanut inside of a peanut. The bigger fish was probably 14lbs and that half digested peanut's tail was folded down to fit in it's gut.

damn, wish I had taken a pic; a few years ago I caught a 59# bullphin that had the skulls of about a dozen baby sea turtles in it's gut.

This eel was about 3ft long, inside a 70" sword.

This sword must have been feeding shallow in the afternoon.

I could have taken pictures of the 80# yellowfin I caught off Galveston last week. The tunas were busting on fliers, and this one had seven nice grown-up fliers (~8") in his gut along with one nondescript bait fish that was about 1".

The yellowtail looks fresh... did you see where it was bridled or hooked for live bait? Or was it untouched?

I caught a dolphin recently with what I could only guess was a juvenile nautilus in its stomach, was about an inch long, had a hard secmented curved shell, tentacles and an eye either side. No pics. I did not even know nautilus were around this far south, or even in the Atlantic.

Nice pics! Capt. love the yellowtail: make me wonder how shallow that fish, came in on the reef. But then again I saw one free swimming in 40 feet three weeks ago.

Cheers,DL
