Looking for a small bait pen that's inexpensive to hold some pilchards.

Poor men bait pen!

I told you to buy a plastic garbage, can and drill holes in it.Then Tie wrap two pool noodles around the top .Drill to small holes on the top lid back, and put two more tie wraps not to tight.That will keep the lid from falling off.
