Default 50-Line Forecast: SwordLords, August 18th

50-line forecast for the Lighthouse Point area.

As of Saturday, August 18th, 3:05pm
Starting at about solid 3ft in the evening, building to over 5ft as the night goes on. Doesn't sound too bad, until ya add that very short wave period to the equation. It ain't gonna be pretty. It'll probably "feel" like solid 6ft after midnight.

This graph was derived from http://www.BuoyWeather.com

Disclaimer: I AM NOT A WEATHERMAN! Nor do I have a deal with Poseidon, Aeolus, or Aegaeus to influence the conditions. I only make predictions by what I observe on the graph. Use your own judgement, and check several weather sources. Be safe out there!

That chart was dead on tonight, 2.3-3.4 or whatever. To bad fishing was slow.

bro 2-4 is the inshore report - please consult several sources before you make your decision most reports i read are 10-15 knots east then 15-20 after midnight

Inshore

Today
East winds 5 to 10 knots becoming 10 to 15 knots in the afternoon. Seas 2 feet or less. Intracoastal waters a moderate chop. Scattered showers and thunderstorms.

Tonight
East winds 10 to 15 knots becoming 15 to 20 knots after midnight. Seas 2 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet after midnight. Intracoastal waters choppy in exposed areas. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

I believe when Uncle buck updated the bouyweather 50 line forecast it will look a little different on the 50
