Default Steve Waters first sword

Many of us read his articles. Some of us like him and some don't.Here is a link to the report on his first sword. They had a nice pic of him holding a legal fish that they say was released.Steve next time just leave the fish in the water if you plan on a release. That fish looks beat up and you can see your shirt is black from rubbing the fish against you. This is a bad example on releasing a sword If it was legal you should have kept it because it most likely became a mud dart.Good luck and thanks for your support with the LL issue

Sword play after dark: South Florida Sun-Sentinel

There is no pic on line but can be seen in todays paper.

Cool QQ. I will pick one up on the way home. Thx.

Did anyone read the Herald story about the dwindling charter fleet in Dade and Broward? It ran with a photo of Dan Kipnis.

Thoughts?

J

Cono disco...the goldfish comment was funny in the article.

Interestingly, I think light tackle guides (those fishing out of open fishermans that got no mention in the piece) have faired better than the captains running sportsfishers. They have a lot of repeat customers, especially those booking far ahead of time to break line class records and have much smaller overhead.

I've seldom guided like a few of us who gotten our six pack thinking it can be a part-time thing, but those who've stuck it out have built a nice client base and have made a decent living like Dean, Bouncer, Dennis, etc.

High tides.
