Question Light-up artificial squid at miami boat show?

Went to the miami boat show today and at the entrance of the big game room on the right they have these artificial squids with LEDs inside, the look pretty cool but $200 ummm i dont know about that...anybody used them or seen them...opinions?

I have one the mahi candy I had one big bull dolphin on, about 30 pounds but it came off.

Wow 200$, thats quite a margin considering LEDs are pretty much dirt cheap. I'd rather buy a hooker.

Just stick a glow stick in a rigged squid !!that will save you 200bucks... used to do it in the 70`s ... it works !

or buy one of those happy birthday pins they sell at CVS/pharmacy with the lil multicolor LED and stick it inside...lol i wanna try that..

Business must be extreemly good for you Joe, at $250 a pop the guy is F'in nutz. I get pissed when I loose a LP light, hook, and wind-on. That alone cuts all profit of a guided trip. Now add another $250. WTF are you thinking?
$250 would just about pay gas and expences for (2) sword trips on most guys boat.
My opinion a total waste of $ wether they work or not.
