Broadbill Good for you Willie

Glad to hear you got your first! Seems like just yesterday when Shane got his.
Cool how this develops and one guy gets his, and then is able to help another to get thier first. I feel all warm and fuzzy Wake up Shane and fill us in.....Heard something about a monster dolphin prior to the swording expedition. WTG Shane, on putting Willie on one. He's been wanting to get out there for a while.

[IMG][/IMG]Willie, Jimmy and I started off with 3 tile fish on the deep drop. That was way cool and easy. We started a troll towards the swordgrounds and hooked up on a nice fat bull dolphin. He was still a good fight on the 50 wide. We made to the swordgrounds and started our drift early and finally got our first at 8 pm. It was a pup but was a cherry buster for Jimmy. Later on the tip rod goes off and Willie (miamiangler) gets tight on a sword. It was his first and he was very happy. It taped out at 48". We ended up 2/5.

Thanks guy`s ... I`m hooked on this now ! After work went out and bought my fighting harness ..made by Black Majic so I`m pumped and ready for my next one ! It was great the have Jim catch his first sword , golden tile fish and big Bull Dolphin ..what a great way to start his first day of his Vaction By the way , Butch ..I was thinking about this all day... we went 2-5 all the hits where on the same tip rod and set on pretty much the same depth 200ft !

Thanks Gaitor , it was a team effort ... Shane finding the fish and Jim helping getting me strapped in to the harness . But couldn`t have asked for a better day of fishing ... every thing worked in our favor !
