SFC Confirmation Numbers?
10/13/06 Conf# 1185. Just got off the phone with NMFS 01/16/07 Conf#1359. Only 174 fish reported in 3 Months? Seems like there would be more? Do the Commercial Guys report their catches to the same way?

No they are listed separately and so are all tourney fish.They do not count released fish either.
