It is scary that there is a squid that cuold pluck a person right off the deck.Like picking an apple from a tree.

A: Docks are too shallow. That's an abyssal species.
B: Those things are rare to find in the ocean. I don't think they'd be lurking in your local marina.
C: I doubt there's strength in their arms to reach up out of the water far enough to grab you off a dock or boat.
