Interesting point of view. We have been using balloons all along with a small ruberband to the main line. Sometimes the balloon doesnt pop off and when we get a fish on we have to reel the rubberband up... But its not a big deal on the 80 wides with oversize roller guides on the rod.

Anyone heading out this week? The weather is looking alittle too windy right now, but by friday and saturday we might catch a break.
