Default HMS Permit?

I went to




and purchased a permit for $22 when it can out it says Federal Fisheries Permit on ir and it has a permit number on it that is 8 numbers long but it does not sayHMS on it anywhere. Did I get the right thing?

I know I know rookie question

Look at the first line. 2006 ATLANTIC HMS# XXXXXXXXX

ON the permit itself it says... fisheries permitted... ATLANTIC HMS ANGLING
