i'm having sword steaks for dinner - saute'd with butter and fresh garlic - sweet meat.

what's your favorite way to cook 'em?

Garlic butter on a smoky BBQ grill. Sometimes a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning too. If I don't watch myself I'll have enough mercury in me to tell temperatures and approaching fronts.

You cant beat broiled with rosemary, sage and olive oil. Top with some italian breadcrumbs and you have a treat. Also...sautee some chunks in butter and garlic and add them to some spanish rice and onions. Throw in some andouille sausage,peas and lobster meat for a great white-boy paella.
