Thanks! Just saw an Everglades 35' for $268k on another site, makes me like the OM that much more. No boat payments is a nice thing.

Yea thats the only thing that saved me some $$$. I part time work for a place that builds boats, so I got the same pricing you did. About the only thing thing I didn't get whole sale was, the stuff I had to get that I forgot to order from Land n Sea or Etec. There sure is a big break on electronics ordering wholesale. Elsewise I'd be in twice as bad of shape as now.

BP, looks like you addressed all of the faults of the original hull, it should be one hell of a fishing machine! Congrats, that is one very nice ride. Would love to see what you did to it, I fished a 31 a descent amount of time and really liked the ride.

My first OM was a bit wet and hard riding in a head sea, hope the spray rails and moving 200 gal of fuel forward cure those issues.

I had a problem with the amount of water that came thru the engine well and the drainage of a deck that was so close to sea level, by raising the decks and removing about 1000# of wood she should sit much better.

Also the original bilge was unaccessable and the boat needed an aft fish box, moving the fuel tank allowed me to have both forward of the aft livewell.

I will snap a few pics of the inside and post them tomorrow. These hulls really are bullet proof, they just have some issues that OM has been slow to modify.

The picture I posted was first sent to a gallery on this site, it was simple to attach it.

When I try to paste the address of one of my photos from another site (AOL photos, tinypic and shuttefly are a few I tried) the photo either is reduced to an avatar size photo or the address only appears in my post.

I do not want to pollute the gallery on this site with pictures since I have not been able to locate a way to delete them.

WTF?
