I am just saying you guys think if a guy fishes alot and catches alot of fish he has to be selling. Realy I dont care if they do it. As long as they are following the report and size pluss 3 per boat one per vessil. Its not poaching it's ilegal sale. What does that have to do with fishing here. Totaly differnt. I DONT SELL MY FISH but I have heard alot of people saying I do because I continue to put fish in the boat a few times a week. People say how much swordfish can you eat. Its not a ? of how much I can eat 200lbs of sword is gone in 20min on my block and I dont even have to leave. I am tired of you guys saying make an example out of one guy thats bs you bust one. Then you have to bust them all if you think it's going to detur peeps from doing it, ur wrong. Mabye for a week but after that there is going to be alot of people that see one guy in 10 yrs busted for this and figure the next 10 are safe and there will be alot more. Not to mention your friend that owns the resturant we all like to go to will be pissed and they will prob just bust him to. This has been going on here for a long time and I have no prob with it. the differance with rod and reel guys and the llr's or the bouy guys is we keep track of our stuff and release fish un harmed. Not strung out for shark bait pluss there is plenty of room for everyone of us rod and reel guys. The problem is not the unlicensed guys that sell fish its the fact they dont have a license for rec guys to sell the fish they catch. If you start pointing ur fingers at me ur going to waste ur time and $. They only have license for huge amounts of fish to be taken by few guys who have made the license so expensive people cant afford it. 10G's give me a break thats why u can cry all you want but blame everyone out there. who cares about the price of swords we dont want those guys out there anyway. An 80w,gas and all the tackle needed to catch thease fish sell the same no matter what the price of swords are. In my opinion. I have stated many times get rid of all the bouies and llers and just let the people who love the fish and support the local area tackle shops sell them. they only taking what they would take anyway which is the limits. I dont mind the fwc checking us cause we follow the rules. dont threaten me you dont know me at all buddy and as you can see I dont care if u like me. you would throw ur friends under the bus if it made you feel better. most of thease guys give good advice and point you in the right direction. As for name calling tuna devil grow up. also QQ what does nmfs have to do with a response to my comment on the radio we all know u like to point fingers why dont u put that finger back where it belongs in ur nose.

Guys, Hunter is a good guy and sick fisherman. I spent all night snook fishing with him thursday and learned a few new thing that really make sense.

So 78 huh? sounds like there will a be SOME info on there, but still far more stemming from 72. I'll be scanning... call me a few times and my scan should pick it up if you want me.

Sword Hunter is way out of line. It's exactly that kind of thinking that will get the longliners back in this water. It creates leverage for them to make their case.

What I said is what the F*%k are you talking about. First because it is not fair to the woman and children that can hear the radio, and your answer to turn it off does not work for me. Second, because I think you are way off base by saying QQ should be the Swordfish police. Third if you read your post it sounded like you don't give a s*^t about poaching and that's cool if you don't, but on a rec. forum somebody is going to call your s*It. I don't know what you are talking about when it comes to people saying you are selling because you catch. That is a first to me. If you catch alot I am happy for of you. I see your point about how recs should have a selling licence, the only problem is, you would have guys like me all over that and then the fish would be gone. You want to make money killing Swords for a living get a site on Grand Banks boat or fish out Rico for the winter on a LL.. For now it is a recreational fishery. I am not trying to start anything with you, you stated your opinion and it is definetly one way to look at it.

Plus if Nick says your a good guy I believe him.
