Guys

Thankfully this was not me! I only copied this from another forum.
I would have flipped the fu#* out

Both Tom and Mark are great fisherman and gentleman. Here is to them for keeping cool heads. Class act.

Had it been me...The second day my boat would have been loaded down with 500#'s of concrete!

Chris wasn't involved, he was just letting you guys know what happened...by reposting Tom's original post (the owner of the boat) that is on the FS General South section.

Most of the community is completely disgusted by the actions of these people and doubt seriously they'll ever be welcomed down here again.

That was myself, Marc and Kenny. For good reason, the thread on the FS Forum has been deleted. We have told our story, those who know us understand. The weekend of fishing was quit a bit different than the way the editors portrayed it. See you on the 50, "Masada".

I watched that show and honestly thought it was a staged comedy until I read the Captains post above.

I definity would not have taken them the second day, knowing it was for real.

Default TV Fishing Shows

Owning a boat up north and fishing down south with a number of charter capts. I have an exposure to the boating fishing world.

As for the TV shows, NONE of the Capts I've met have ever had anything good to say about the TV shows. At best the shows (the Capts) wasted their time. At worst things like this happen. ESPN2 has been running the Martha's Vinyard Shark Tourney, The show is a joke. Best to just stay away even though the lure of being on TV is great.

There's always the option of hiring a litigator to resolve it. Some attorney might even take it on a swordcharter plus expenses barter basis
