:???: Call NMFS in Tampa and ask them for the list of permit holders.

ps.We have enough buoy gear out there now so if you do get a permit stick to RandR

why buy one, just catch under someone else's permit. it has become an accepted practice. with a few bucks and a copying machine we can all be permitted.

There is ZERO enforcement, catch'em up!

No beef at all. Just don't see the sense in shelling out 10k or 15k for a permit that is not being enforced.

The answer to your question is that US Pelagic Longliner abide by Federal and State regulations. They do not operate in restricted areas.

Does this have something to do with LL? Winds going to blow next week, the LL are responsible. Stock market dropped, LL again. LL's operate in broad daylight, not in the concealment of night as the bouy fisherman enjoy.

And why are you defending illegal catching of swordfish anyway? Maybe the shoe fits?

I'm out of town for the next 5 days as soon as I push the submit button, so save your reply for someone who is interested in it.
Now now, we all know its Bush's fault if your a Dem and Clintons fault if your a REP.

And if your an IND then its everyones fault!!!

Ok I'll shut up now.

Hey Eric,

Don't know him. Wife has me driving to NC in a few minutes to look at trees (without a weapon), guess I'm wound a bit tight now.

I edited my post.

Verado,
These are some of his previous forum names(Bugman/Rod Chucker/Rollin), he just joins to stir the chit, then bails and rejoins under a different name and does the same thing again. He must be on recess right now. It least he isn't taking guns into school. Probably hits the pipe a bit to much though.

How frigging pathetic is your life when you go around creating screen names for the express purpose of pissing people off?
