Default Light Questions

Ok I'm going to get out next weekend for my cherry trip.

Two questions.

electralume- Would this be considered a must have and if so does anyone have any they want to sell, if not where can I get them locally (Broward county)

rig lights- I have seen alot of prerigged baits with light sticks on them but have heard bad things about them. Would it be better for me to start with the light sticks or should I just spring now for some LED lights?

Thanks, in advance, for the help.
