Hey guys. My name is Capt. John Pfeiffer. I run a 50 Viking out of
Pier 66 and Brielle, NJ. I have been in the industry for 25 years and fish from New England to Mexico. Looking to get out for swords soon. I'll be at the boat Sunday and fishing Monday. Stop down, say hello.
Pier 66, Pier B, slip 48. See ya on the water.

Welcome aboard Capt. John. I am interested in fishing up in NJ and would like some info about swords up that way. How long are you in Florida for? The cold front is going to kick our asses the next few days, but when its calm enough, I'll give you a hollar on the water.

Tim,
I am here until May or so. Doing Bahamas for April. Sword fishing up in the Northeast Canyons is not as good as here. The tuna, Big eye and yft, we had a good year. Had a few Blue Marlin and good white marlin. We had a good shot of Bluefins, 150 to 300lb range, October until the NMFS reduced the limit. I am trying to get out Monday, then the boss is coming in for next weekend, fish Sat/Sun.
