Default Anyone ever take video?

We've all seen pictures, but I think it would be great to have some videos of swordfish being brought into the boat or the gaff shot etc. Most digital cameras have video capability now... Just a thought I would love to see. I've never personally caught one so maybe i'd give me a good idea of what its like

I guess I could load some into the gallery but I am not sure if that would work. I can view my digital camera videos on my computer though using Quicktime, so maybe it would. Mike would have to let us know about that.

Go ahead and send me your videos - mike@swordfishingcentral.com

I'd be interested in starting a gallery of just video! That would be nice.

I'd have to have someone on the boat that does just that. You would need some good lighting too.

Mike

I have a short but rather intense video of 6 guys being dragged along the side of a charter boat by an est 300kg broadbill they had just gaffed. Thing pulled out the gaffs, took a couple with it, broke the line in the melee of bodies lying (and swearing) in a heap in the corner of the cockpit.... Also an excellent soundtrack if you enjoy earthy early anglo-saxite expletives. (rhyming with "Duck")
Couple of shots of the sword, but at night, in haste, can't see too much.
Stu.

Hmmm... well, see if you can contact Duff, the moderator of the Green Grouper board, he may still have the vid of NZ fishing I sent them, which I think has that scene on it.
cheers, Stu.
