Default Harness & Belt Help Please

Saturday night I was having some problems. It wasn't so much the harness, but the belt made me feel uncomfortable. When the fish would run the belt would wobble a lot and make my knees go to one side or the other. The harness was a little high and kept slipping up, but that is due to my skinniness(just have to make it tighter next time). Does the belt normally do this? Here is a picture of me with the belt and harness on. Was I wearing it wrong?

Thanks guys.

Is that a seated bucket harness?

I just started putting my anglers in bucket/seated harnesses and there is no shaking and you can put over 30lbs of drag on an inexperienced angler...

No more shoulder setups for us..

Good lUck

Pj.. that set up is killer. I got rid of my drop down clips for the thigh plate for the reason you have... I a strap for the belt(or thigh plate)... I'm money now

He doesn't have the drop straps. The problem most likely PJ is that the belt was on tight enough, centered properly, or that your legs are the size of toothpicks.

put the harness and belt on as you had it and have someone take a picture. Then send it to me. I'll try and see what went wrong.

That belt when worn correctly is the Chit!

You may want a different setup, not saying you are small, but I had everything to the smallest size and it was too big, the fish's tension was pulling the rod out of the harness. I moved to the aftco setup and I should be perfect, haven't fought a fish with it though. :???:
