Default You ask for it... you get it! Purple Electralumes!!!!

Well we all know that the Purple light sticks are working well so when LP was asked to produce a puple electalume, they went to work on finding the right color purple LED. The initial testing by some long liners was very positive so LP decided to make a limited run of Purple Electralumes.

The good news is that Reel Pro Shop was able to grab a bunch of them. Since they are limited, I'm offering them here to the SFC crew first. Email me directly and first come first served. Tek@ReelProShop.com

They are the same price as the Disco lights.

To all that posted, IM'd, called, emailed... you should have gotten a reply confirming the order. If you sent an email or IM and haven't heard from me... I didn't get your email so send it again.

Wow Tek:

Going purple to work that Purple fever seems to be very trendy.

Some people are getting rid of their 50s and moving up to 80s.

Some are going up to heavy duty leaders, as premptive action so Godzilla can't get away.

After some further thought, I decided to just hold to on my wind-on leader size at 200# test. I was nearly convinced by a certain highly experienced Marlin fisherman, (AM) to kick it up a notch, so it was in balance with my 6 ft. section of 300#. But I'm going to keep on fishing it this way and catching fish, until I get burned. When that day comes, I may reconsider. But I may have made some B-B swivel adjustments based upon that edumecation.

Well let me just jump on this bandwagon too. You already know by telecon that I want one, maybe I will take 2 just to join in on all the excitement! Wow..... Purple LP electrolumes. (But at Disco EL prices ?)

This sounds about as exciting as the advent of the new LP S-1200 electric reel. hb

Time to go have a piece of whole wheat sliced bread. Before I fire up the chain saw.
