Default swordfishing tips

Going swordfishing for the first time off the coast of South Carolina and was looking for some tips. Also, any links to good swordfishing tips would be great. I have ordered some premade rigs with glow sticks, double hooked but any other suggestions are appreciated.

thanks,

Go to the Rigging Corner on this forum. Everything you need to know should be there. I'm not familiar with Carolina's waters so I can't point you to a productive area. Good luck on all your endeavors. Let us know how it went, and welcome to the forum.

talk to the fish - ask them politely at first, then be firm - if that doesnt work, you could try begging.

Eric, where you guys going? We're leaving out Sunday p.m.

Hopefully we'll get a SST shot before we roll.

Good luck and let us know how you do.

Good luck. What boat are you on? I fish and dive on Slay Ride some.

We'll be on Carla Dee Sunday night.

Probably head in the direction of 226, but like you, we're gonna wait and see what the conditions dictate.

Go get 'em.
