Default New To The Board

I'm glad someone got a site like this together. I've been Swordfishing out of St Augustine for a couple of years & had some good luck bringing a few nice Swords home. Hope to learn a lot more from some of you.

Welcome Sdeshazo,

I'm sure we can all learn from each other.. I fish up north a few times a year and would like to talk to you about the spots over there sometime.. Right now I fish mostly off fort lauderdale. It has been too windy down here for weeks and that is why most people haven't been out in a month.. but it is calming down for thanksgiving weekend and Im sure we will all be out!!!!

Lets catch em up!

TIm

Welcome! Alot of the Sword catchers on this site are from Hillsboro/Boca Raton south. I am out of the Stuart/St.Lucie area. Swordfishing up here as it is in St. Augstine is much different than the Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Keys areas snce the runs are so much longer and bottom contour is not as defined. There are still Swordies here though you just have to get your game on more! Good Luck and don't forget to tell us your stories!

Default Hello All!

Thanks for all the welcomes. We have not been able to get out & hunt for Swords in what seems like forever, due to the weather. Maybe next year will be the year & big 400 + will be brought into St Augustine!
