another vote for cary hannaman. he is hardcore and always seems to catch a nice fish. also he doesn't brag about chartering himself and posts reports and helps on this forum.

Default Charter Guys

There seem to be a small number of Great sword charter guys in So. FL,
most have been listed above. However, choosing one over the other
is like taste in women. It's probably best to research web sites, and talk
with them and decide what you want. However realize that some of the
best fisherman I have ever met, aren't the best at conversation.
Good Luck..

Thanks for all the kind words guys! I really appreciate it. I always try my best to put people on fish, and try to make each bite stick. The fishing should pick up in the next week or so, i fished 2 nights this weekend, caught fish both nights, small ones, but popped 2 cherry's none the less. Anytime any one has a question feel free to e-mail me or call me and i will be more than happy to help with what i can. Hope to see you all at the Darkside Tourney!

Tightlines,

Capt Joe

We came out from California just to fish with Capt. Cary on the New Latitude twice. And the first trip we didn't catch any thing but still enjoyed the charter, so much we came back. The second trip was different since my girlfriend and I each landed a sword. But I'm sure the others are good, but we had a blast with him (with and without catching).

Cheers, Kevin

Thanks Kevin but did you forget the 600 pound Hammerhead we had boatside on the first trip? I know, he wasn't a Sword but the adrenaline was running high for awhile, just came up the wrong color.

already been said, but Cary Hannah on the new lattitude out of Ft. Lauderdale is great. We even had shots at two fish when one of his engines brooke down. Made it up to us next trip too. Awesome guy, knows his swords.
