Default Remind Me

Why I like this s#@!,

Got turned around back to back trips with motor problems, (Actually crawled to the grounds Sun. but not really where I wanted to be). Never made it past 5 miles off the beach tonight. My mechanic has no idea how good it is I don't know where he lives (just venting). THanks to QQ for keeping me sane, He helped me not to forget it's not only about the fish it's more about the company and the expierience. As I type with one finger I hope the rest of the fleet is crushing them. I am out big cocktail in hand. My addiction just set back in, wonder when I can go again.

Do you know why a Mercury is black?

It's dressed for a funeral

QQ,

They think it is a fuel pressure problem. The mechanic was able to duplicate the problem - so that's a good thing. I guess. I think the real problem is that the water is too deep where I go swordfishing. And my motor can't swim. So if they fix my problem, I will be out there trying to catch one of those Sir Lancelot fish.

Uncle Buck,

As far as not owning a Mercury, I've blown up all kinds -- including the kind you own. But, my Mercury has always gotten me home. It may be have been really slow, but it got me home.

Disco Lady,

Thanks for your concern. We still have to have some of those disco shots, on me. :afro:

Stay tuned for the next episode of my soap opera. I have a couple of days left before I bring the boat back up North and I will try to get out to the grounds to get the elusive Stickfish. ukel:

Best of luck to you. Persistent mechanical problems like that could piss off even the good humor man. You might want to invite that mechanic of yours on your next sword trip.......and see if he's got some oars just in case.
