It was nasty out there about 4.30 once we got off shore of Palm beach in 600+ feet there was about a 7-8 foot swell. The wind was supposed to switch to a north east wind and be only a 3 foot chop but it did not change so we had to head in. Is there a web site or a phone number to find out the weather off shore, the radio has not been very accurate lately.

You can plug-in lat/lon coordinates for offshore in the "virtual buoy" settings. It derives data for specific locations by comparing data from nearby physical buoy stations.
