I'm relatively new to Swordfishing and have a question regarding my permit. I obtained the HMS recreational permit. The regs. state one per angler, up to three per vessel.
My question is, if I have relatives down during the holidays, do they also need to obtain a HMS permit, or does mine cover them up to three fish?? :???: |

Your permit is for your boat only and covers up to 3 fish per boat or 1 per angler. Providing all your anglers have their own saltwater fishing liscense.
