Default It's 11pm monday night....

It's 11pm monday night and I'm about to sign off my computer and head out swording....figured someimte this summer we'd finally give the late night trip a shot. Feels strange leaving the house when I should be coming home. I'll put up a report when we get back in sometime tomorrow and its light out  .

I received a call from DragonBaits yesterday and decided to fish with him. It was a slow night. Heard a 300# sword was caught. We went 1/1 after a 45 minute fight. The length was 54 inches, approx weight was 90#. HE WAS ROUND.

Well, at least one of them waited until everyone else went home. Night continued to be slow into morning, with one small fish exactly as the moon came over the horizon around 4:30. It was almost dead out there last night, with less than 3 knots of current in most places, less than 2.5 in some.

Between drifts we ran way in and out looking for current. There simply wasn't any to be found.
