We went 0 for 1. We had a big fish on the 200' line. Hook pulled after 1 hr. when we tangled on the 300' line. Congrats to those who caught fish.

Man, it's been swordzilla weekend. Saturday night there was a 350 and a 200+ boated, Joe hit a 252 on Sunday and now this 418. I got a call early this am and heard they fought the fish all night and finally put it in the boat around 8. Remember, that 94 inches [almost 8 feet] is lower jaw to fork length. Overall had to be around 14 foot. Not bad out of a 21 Contender.

we were out bait fishing last night and heard a call around 6:30 am that a boat was getting too close to them and that they had been fighting the fish for 7 hours at that time. I thought that I heard wrong but I guess not.

P.S. lots of bait was around last night outside the port.
