Default I BUILT A 2nd GREEN SWORDLIGHT

Well I decided to build a 2nd green swordfishing light. I built it because I like to tinker with things, not to sell them. When it was finished and all said and done it cost $100.00, that covers everything. The light is 6' tall and has a self contained weight. I can honestly tell you all that it is easier to buy one than build one. There are a lot of hours put into constructing it most of them are running to the different stores to buy the materials. Swordlight made by Rumblefish is small approx. 3' total length, has a self contained weight and runs off a 12 volt battery. Save yourself the headache (it was a headache to build) and buy one from them. They are local and Jim and Dave are great guys phone # (954) 767-0657.

Scott, great job putting that sword fishing light togeather. We have to get you back on the water once you get your O.k. from doctor feelgood.

I used jims swordlight for the last three months since he let me utilize the prototype and test it out for him. This light is awesome it small, compact, and quite effective. I litarley had a giant sphere of light a good 100-150 feet around my boat. We had flying fish around the boat in our last sword trip and you could see almost throught them the light was so bright plus we got on sword in the boat.

Hey John,

I'll see if I can get a blue light, if I can I'll switch out the green one and you and lottabull can use it till we fish together again. I'll call you on your cell if I can get a blue t-12 bulb.

Hey Doc,

This light is even bigger than the one I showed you at your office, but it has a self contained weight system. I agree with you, I was at Jim's Shop and his light is very well made and it is only approx 3 feet in lenght. That includes the weight. Jim dropped one from waist height and it didn't break, he also swung it around pretty forceably and it did not break. If it had been the other big brand names the bulb would have shattered.

Tight Lines,

Scott
