I Tagged a daytimer on 9/15, 50incher we caught 2 that day, kept 1, tagged the other, It was recaptured the next day 5 miles to the north. Not sure if it was recaptured in the day or night.
I guess in Sept they are North bound, So put that in the memory bank for next Sept, If they bite off PE one day fish off Hillsbourgh the next. SWO09/15/2009FL259 ![]()

My old man taught me if your gonna take, you have to put back also. This is the daytime fish your friend from TBF was interested in.

Nice Ken.
Reminds me. I just heard back from TBF about a fish I caught in December of 2007 (I never gave them my contact info...duh). We caught this tagged fish somewhere a bit north of PE around the 50 line. It was caught in July of that year just a couple miles north. I wish more people would tag the fish they released (including me). It is a good tool. |

Graet job Capt. Ken. I have a few Recaptures myself and hope someday if they are interested enough in the info they wouldn't charge so much for the tags or atleast add a couple in to the purchase of your HMSL.

Way cool Cap't Ken for data on re-capture.
The pic of the 50" fish you released is phenomenal.

ken,
you are king of tagging , good quote from your dad we all should think about more often. I guess that fish learned nothing from you hooking it. got caught again so soon.
