IT IS SCARY OUT WITH THIS LIGHTNING!!! worse than I have seen it in a long time today! making wind-ons though by he light of lightning and wondering if spectra can stick to your fingers if you get hit by a bolt...

Might try the North drift if these storms go away, but there is not much wind right now...but that all can change

did the nothing drift from 8-ish until about one-ish. Called it then...nothing was happening on th 50, although the storms cleared, and the sea was glassy. A pretty night to be out there, although no fish for the 'Tank.

How did you do nightcrawler?

Hey Don, was nice to talk to you out there. First set nothing. We reset and got 3 phins. Had a big school of schoolies in the light. That was probably at 1:00 am. We reset again and got a 52incher late. I think around 3:30. The moon had just set. tuff night but beautifull seas. I slept almost all friday!!

ps. we got stoped by Homeland (midnight express). Super nice guys.
Saw the CG cutter doing exercises with the helo that buzzed us later
on. Then fot good measure we got stoped by FWC when we came in!!

Way to go Steph! guess we should have stayed out longer, but it's kinda hard on a 'school night'.
