Just wanted to say greetings to everyone monitoring this website. I would like to throw up a few pictures of recent catches, but, not sure on how to upload. Anybody familiar on picture posting would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the welcome guys. That fish feels like an eternity ago. Unfortunately, we never did get an official weight on him, however, the core was 380Lbs. Whole fish guestimated at every bit of 500Lbs. 113" length with a 65" girth.

Length and girth formula shows that fish to be 596.+ pounds. Real nice fish. 65 x 65 x 113= ....... divide by 800 = 596.++

Caught him right off of Haulover 9/00. Live Blue Runner, I have a couple extra pictures of the fish I'll post later, a 56" sword is laying next to him and it actually looks like a remora on his belly "Goliath." I only had a single motor on my 25' ranger at the time and I was barely able to plane off coming home.

Sweet Catch. The other fish looks like bait up to the big boy.

Mike,
That's not my fish!!! I'll post the pic tonight when I get home. The fish in the picture you posted is probably 120LBS. Edit: Don't want to offend whoever caught that fish, but, on second look maybe pushing 150LBS. Nice Fish to say the least. |
