Default 50-Line Forecast: Winterfest Sword Tournament

50-line forecast for the Hollywood to Boca area.

As of Saturday, December 6th, 12:40pm
The short wave periods may make the seas a bit rocky when drifting, even though the waves won't be big. The real question is what the West winds will do to the bite. I guess we'll find out in about 4-1/4 hours.

Tides at Hillsboro Inlet:
Dec.6 - High 2:26pm, Low 8:59pm
Dec.7 - High 3:21am, Low 9:28am

Sun/Moon on the 50-Line: (first quarter moon phase)
Dec.6 - Moonrise 12:41pm, Sunset 5:18pm
Dec.7 - Moonset 3:17am, Sunrise 6:46am

This graph was derived from http://www.BuoyWeather.com

NOAA changed their forecast a little bit. It is looking even better.
Saturday
Northeast winds around 10 knots becoming southeast. Seas 2 to 3 feet near shore and up to 3 to 5 feet well offshore. Intracoastal waters a light chop. Isolated showers through the day.
Saturday Night
East winds 5 to 10 knots becoming north. Seas 2 feet or less. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Buck will have the master update tomorrow, and then we can all enter without paying the 50 dollars extra.
